Our training could include on-site workshops, Webinars, presentations, or other long-distance approaches. We also offer a Train the Trainers program which ensures that our client’s managers and leaders are armed with the knowledge, tools, language, and strategies necessary to continue to enhance the workplace. We provide our clients with effective training materials including: Power Point and video presentations for internal use, useful articles, necessary training documents, and other effective resources. Consulting
We are your source for expert and confidential advice regarding Workforce Development and Human Resources. We provide specific expert advice regarding the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures that will allow our client to achieve maximum results in creating an Inclusive Corporate Culture, recruiting, retaining and promoting a multi-cultural workforce. We also provide consulting to ensure compliance with contracts and Civil Rights regulations to ensure our clients are meeting state and federal regulations. We are a leader in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution, conducting internal and confidential investigations to effectively address and bring closure to interpersonal issues/conflicts or challenges to internal policies and procedures.
