  We use a variety of assessment tools, depending on the nature of the project, that provide us with a comprehensive evaluation of the immediate and long term needs of our clients, regarding internal policies, practices and procedures. We then provide specific recommendations regarding follow up and implementation.



• Training design, development and implementation
  Training workshops are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. It could include on-site workshops, Webinars or other long-distance approaches. We also offer Train the Trainers programs and develop Power Point and Video presentations for internal use.
• Articles and publication for internal consumption
  We can contribute to our clients’ publications by making available articles and providing resources and other training materials that can be integrated in the internal communication tools published/produced by our clients.
• Expert and confidential advice regarding Workforce Development and Human resources
  We provide specific expert advice regarding the development and implementation of internal Policies and Procedures that will allow our client to achieve maximum results regarding the creation of an Inclusive Corporate Culture, recruiting, retaining and promoting a multi-cultural workforce and when pertinent meeting Federal and State requirements.
• Internal and confidential assessment, determination and resolution of issues related to Diversity Management
  We conduct internal and confidential assessments, investigatory processes and other appropriate activities to effectively address and bring to closure inter- personal issues/conflicts or challenges to their internal policies and procedures.
